Il trattamento dei dati per le fi nalità esposte avviene su supporto cartaceo, nel rispetto delle regole di riservatezza e di sicurezza previste dalla legge, dai regolamenti conseguenti e da disposizioni interne.
Con riferimento alla misurazione della temperatura corporea, IAME S.P.A. non effettua alcuna registrazione del dato. L’identifi cazione dell’interessato e la registrazione del superamento della soglia di temperatura potrebbero avvenire solo qualora fosse necessario documentare le ragioni che hanno impedito l’accesso. In tal caso, l’interessato sarà informato della circostanza.

I dati vengono attualmente trattati presso la sede di Via Lisbona 15 di Zingonia Verdellino (Bg).
Natura obbligatoria o facoltativa del conferimento dei dati e conseguenze di un eventuale rifi uto al conferimento.

Tutti i dati raccolti sono trattati esclusivamente per finalità di prevenzione dal contagio da COVID-19 e non saranno diffusi o comunicati a terzi al di fuori delle specifi che previsioni normative (es. in caso di richiesta da parte dell’Autorità sanitaria per la ricostruzione della filiera degli eventuali “contatti stretti di un lavoratore risultato positivo al COVID-19). Nella gestione dei dati possono venire a conoscenza degli stessi le seguenti categorie di incaricati:

• Personale dirigente responsabile dell’autorizzazione all’ingresso in azienda
• Medico competente
Tempi di conservazione dei dati
I dati trattati verranno conservati fi no al termine dello stato di emergenza, in alcuni casi anche al fi ne di documentare le ragioni che hanno impedito l’accesso in azienda.
